The company was founded in 2005, from the idea of ​​Ottavio and Luisa who together wanted to build a roasting plant from scratch in the village of Samugheo, located in the historic Mandrolisai region, in central Sardinia.

A passion strongly linked to the experience gained in numerous renowned Italian coffee producing companies. 30 years of hard work which have allowed the owners, with sacrifice, to produce and package high quality coffee bean blends for use in the Bar-Restaurant-Hotel sector for professional espresso coffee machines.

A young, dynamic and scrupulous company where nothing is left to chance, the coffee processing processes are carried out always respecting strict controls from the selection of the best green coffees, to the cooking, storage and maturation of the coffee in its silos, then finally, once the coffee has ripened, it is ready for distribution, a very fresh product less than a week after packaging. Initially the offer was aimed at a B2B market but following the numerous requests from private individuals who tried our blends in the various distributors in the Sardinian territory, the decision was made to market our products to a wider audience.
